I am a chiropractor with special interests in rehabilitation, strength training, and working with aging individuals. I graduated with a BSc. in exercise science and then went on to complete my doctor of chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. My goal as a practitioner is to help you understand your pain, get you moving, and empower you through education. I want to help you achieve all of your goals and help you to live life without restrictions.
I have helped powerlifters to get back to training pain free, individuals with osteoarthritis get back to doing the things they love, individuals with parkinson’s to take control of their life, and I am looking forward to helping you!
